This is a industrial flake ice machine tailor made for South American Shrimp Factory. It is specially designed to vibrant power supply and bad water quality. This machine is equipped with anti-corrosive shell and tube water condenser, Schneider power system.

Compressor is from World renowned brand Hanbell, this screw compressor is powerful and electric saving, it powers the machine to be able to make 21 Tons of dry and thick flake ice every day.

The gas return piping system is also upgraded to stainless steel material, all welding are tested to 20 kilos of pressure. The shipping lead time for this machine is normally 30 days, but this machine has longer production time because of its different power supply of 220V/60hz/3P, also this machine is tested at the diesel generator rental yard because the normal power supply in China is 380V/50Hz/3P.
