Fahrentec high quality SUS304 food grade flake ice evaporator made by the order of European client. The evaporator is build to CE standard, also the Chinese Food Standard, all water contact surface area are made of SUS304 and PP or PE material. The gearmotor of central axise of ice scrapper modular is supplied by Taiwan renowend Brand: Gongji.

For all Fahrentec stainless steel flake ice evaporator, we have enhanced the conduction surface area by 10~15%. Because the heat transfer coefficient of carbon steel is 3 times as stainless steel, so Fahrentec stainless steel flake ice evaporators are all larger than carbon steel evaporators. This will much help to increase the efficiency of cooling capacity going through the wall of evaporator.

When the customer gets our stainless steel evaporator, we suggest them to supply more than 8kw of cooling capacity per ton of ice, so in this case the 10 tons stainless steel flake ice evaporator requires 80kw of cooling capacity, also the evaporating temperature will be adjusted to -25C to ensure the quality of flake ice.
